Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

I love traveling, but since eating healthier, it has become harder to find good nourishing food to get me to my destination feeling healthy.  I'm lucky in NYC to have so many great food options at the airport, but I always like to pack some of my own in the event I don't have time or can't find a healthy food option. Staying hydrated and eating healthy food in flight can help you have an easier trip (especially for people like me who flying is extremely difficult for). It can also help the body adjust to the new environment in terms of time changes, temperature shifts, and surroundings.

These peanut butter date balls are easy to travel with (gluten free, grain free, and dairy free) and so delicious they rarely last the whole first plane ride!  Check out the recipe and let me know if you have any travel snacks you love.

These are so fun and bright and were a total crowd pleaser at the party. They're quick to make (though not entirely easy) and people were so impressed I felt like Lauren Conrad. While I didn't go organic this time (I didn't do the shopping for it), next time I would. This isn't the most healthy, but if you use organic, it's not the worst for you and delicious!

The hardest part of this recipe is the stickiness of the marshmallow at pretty much every step in the process. You can minimize this by making sure everything has been well coated in a non-stick spray, using a plastic spatula, and washing everything as soon as possible.

Anyone else have a great recipe with Rice Krispies? I'm already planning for next year so let me know in the comments!
