Hello, I’m Sarah!
I’m on a mission to help you live life on your terms
I’m thrilled you’re here! I’m a health coach, meditation teacher, reiki master, women’s health advocate, MBA grad, and full time healthcare strategist. Most importantly, I’m finally living a life where health issues are no longer my headline and I want to support you in doing the same.
A peek at where my journey to holistic healing began...
For as long as I can remember I’ve been a sensitive human. I got every illness in the book growing up but when I was 15 I contracted one illness that changed everything. After being diagnosed with my autoimmune condition my world absolutely came crashing down - friend time was replaced with hospital time. First dates were replaced with IV bags, tests, and pricks.
I transitioned to home school, too sick to go and when I did I was stared at as the girl with the feeding tube. I was visited by the rabbi and prayed over.
I was scared and alone and worst of all, as is so common for women, not believed.
It was unbelievably challenging but I found hope, healing and true health in combining western medicine approaches with holistic healing modalities, trusting in myself and uncovering my own strength and resilience. Now, I want to share all I’ve learned to help others.
I’ve studied a variety of healing modalities from meditation to ayurveda, somatic movement to positive psychology, health coaching to energy work and everything in between. My ‘sweet spot’ is marrying these modalities with practical applications in every area of life from dealing with a tough situation at work to handling challenges with maintaining balance with a busy schedule.
What I’ve learned and where I’ve found true health and healing is to drop the rulebook, abandon the onslaught of advice and truly tune into myself and my intuition. Finding this space is where I want to help those I work get to and I feel so grateful that my experience has become a catalyst for helping others.
Today, my approach to health is rooted in a few principles:
Your journey is unique
Pursuing a healthier life should be a little like dating, you need to find what works for you through a series of dates with different health and wellness practices till you find a great match and sometimes take a leap of faith to pair yourself with what ultimately works.
one
Healthy changes should be sustainable
Healthier living is a lifetime pursuit and slow and steady micro shifts will work better than any crash diet or crazy workout plan. I don’t believe in a ‘healed’ stated but rather making regular small shifts to meet you wherever you are in the moment and create sustainable and positive changes.
two
True wellbeing is a 360 approach
We look at every aspect of your life: emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, career, love, and more to strengthen each part because the more aspects that are stable in your life the closer you will be to feeling truly well.
three
If you’re ready to take charge of your health, uncover your own power and finally feel truly well, I’m excited to work with you!
