Oh My Greens Juice

My period can be super rough-heavy and exhausting I often gravitate towards chocolate or mac and cheese (gluten free, dairy free, but still!) which is not what my body needs to feel better. I've been trying my past several periods to increase the amount of dark greens I've been having and find juice to be the easiest way to get in a lot of amazing ingredients easily. This juice doesn't taste super green despite having swiss chard, cucumber, and moringa and is amazing to increase energy and decrease bloat and discomfort during your period. 

Hormone balancing, blood regulating, and cramp reducing-this juice is amazing to help period symptoms. Each ingredient packs a major punch with inflammation reducing Moringa and ginger, Vitamin B and iron from Swiss Chard, fiber and Vitamin C from apple, potassium from the cucumber, stomach calming lemon, and a healthy dose of fat from the coconut butter.
