Two Ingredient Banana Chocolate Pudding

This recipe could not be easier. It's insanely delicious and decadent--perfect for breakfast or dessert. It warms you from the inside out and is a treat you can truly feel good about.

I made this originally because I wanted something quick and easy to do with my overripe bananas instead of making bread or muffins. I heated a banana up and after tasting it, realized it needed chocolate (as pretty much everything does in my opinion :-)). It honestly hasn't gotten much more complicated since then, sometimes I'll throw in coconut or almond butter. Occasionally, I'll throw in the crumbs of some gluten free recipe that didn't hold together but you just need the banana and chocolate really to be satisfied with this dessert.

It's not entirely unhealthy either and really good to have during your period as bananas can help with cramps. Bananas contain potassium which helps muscles contract, nerve cells become more responsive, and maintains fluid retention in the body. They also have fiber to regulate digestion, B6 which many people are deficient in, and magnesium, another common deficiency. Dark chocolate is a powerful source of antioxidants and is effective in fighting free radicals (all the bad molecules our bodies fight every day). It can also improve blood flow and raise HDL (the good cholesterol).

So yes, it is somewhat nutritious but mostly, just insanely yummy. Enjoy!
